the wall (archives)
short dialogue between Nero/Alessandro Neretti and Pietro Gaglianò, author of the project The Wall (archives)

Nero: “. . . oh man!” . . . simple man immolated in flames that cannot do anything, that cannot affect anything, that body does not give away, soul is safe from everything and one can be man even in flames.
Pietro Gaglianò: . . . in the end existence is endurance, and a wall is a road. In a more political sense, that solitary man who catches fire is a yearning symbol of the courage that is necessary. (And that is not even enough).
